What is the return policy?
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. We only offer size exchanges for eligible items, subject to inspection and approval within 7 days of delivery.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All purchases are final sale, including any orders placed using a discount code or sale price, which are not eligible for return or exchange.
When will I get my order?
Pre-made items are processed within 1 business day and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Pre-order items are expected to ship within 2–4 weeks from the order date. International orders may require an additional 1–2 weeks for delivery. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free
